• If you are unable to visit us, we will come to you
• We spend hours trying to check our prices, but if you are quoted a lower price for an identical product we will match, or in many cases beat it
• We supply spectacles for you to see clearly.  Please remember that when you change lens or frame design it can take a period of time to adapt to the new product
• All our frames are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects
• Many lenses are supplied with their own guarantees
• Varifocal lenses are supplied with a 30-60 day non tolerance guarantee
• If you find a specific branded frame we will try and source it for you
• Hardcoated lenses can still get scratched
• We also carry out frame repairs to your existing spectacles
• We will happily fit new lenses to your existing frames, but always at your own risk
